This morning, I poured a bit too much oil into my hand as I was starting to use OCM on my face. Not wanting to waste any, I covered my face, neck shoulders and chest. Let it sit a few minutes, then began to massage it in. I started with my face, getting the usual small oil plugs...but then worked it into my neck and chest and was stunned with the immediate results. Although my neck and chest skin looks clear and blemish free, I started to feel huge plugs rolling off my skin. I looked and found large dark plugs...lots of them! I couldn't believe what I was seeing and feeling. Took a shower afterward and my skin looks clear and feels inredibly soft. I didn't think my skin looked congested, but now realize that it did. Please, those of you who use OCM on your faces, give this a try and tell me your results! Tomorrow I plan to try this on my upper arms where I get KP. Try it!  |

| What are your ratios and what oils do you use? I could use doing this as an excuse to pamper myself some evening -- something I haven't done in ages.... |

| I do OCM for my face and body at least once a week. It is really great for your skin! It works better that any scrub. I usually use castor oil and jojoba oil (50:50). |

| What is the standard total amount of oil that should be used to do the face only? I think I have been using to much when I have tried OCM. |
