| This is one of my daily rituals that I'll never give up. I have done it for years (before my shower) & my skin is always as smooth as can be. It' refreshing, feels great & no bumps on me anywhere. |

Agree! It's great! And it controls little bumps very well (those pescy bumps I get on the back of my thighs). I just must remember to do it more often!  When I'm lazy I just use the MDF Face&Body scrub and let the AHA do its stuff instead of me  |

how do you dry brush? Is there a special tool/mechanism you guys use?  |

you can buy body brushes in health/beuty shops. You want one with natural bristles that are not too hard. before a shower or bath use long strokes and always go towards the heart, though I always do a few circular ones on my arse and thighs 
It's that simple! |

Teresa Tapp, of T-Tapp exercise, has developed a patented method of dry-brushing to increase skin's health & diminish cellulite - check out
www.t-tapp.com - it has a wealth of information about the exercise techniques & cellulite control - I've just started dry brushing & using alfalfa supplements (Teresa strongly recommends this) & my skin is noticeably smoother already after only 1 week.
I brush 2x/day - takes about 5min.

Guapagirl - you have a very unique way with words .... 
I've got two brushes. The Body Shop one (this one is VERY hard though and can scratch if you're not careful). I also have a Crabtree&Evelyn one (this one has nylon bristles though) but it's not really all that good. I know that Crabtree&Evelyn do make ones with natural bristles too. In terms of technique I do exactly as Guapagirl does (all inclusive ). |
