Hm, I never saw your original post on this, but that's what my boyfriend uses regularly and he still has bacne. I keep trying to inch in a little skin care here or there, but he's very resistant to "products" - it was a miracle when I got him doing his hair a little bit. I have to really ease him in. The other day he came home while I was in the bathtub with a face mask on and he about had a heart attack when he saw me, haha. I think his mom and her extensive cosmetics arsenal put the fear of product in him. But anyway, back to topic, it doesn't seem to help his bacne at all, though I've never seen what he's like using anything else.

We have used Irish Spring quite often for years... especially my husband and sons! It is a great smelling all purpose shower soap.
I have never heard that it is good for body acne, but it could be possible.
I have heard that the best thing for body acne is either a sulphur based soap, or a colloidal oatmeal soap which Aveeno used to make.
Good Luck!
