I think humidity is good for the skin but not great for the joints! Sweating is very good for the skin.
I think most important is to keep yourself hydrated and a good healthy routine. It's holistic. One thing alone does not affect your skin.
Personally I find my skin suffers more in the winters when the heating is on and I have to make a conscience effort to drink more water and keep a bowl of water in the room to balance the heating.
My skin looks so much radiant when I go to India - more so in places like Calcutta (which is more humid) than Delhi. |
