I am wondering if anyone has ever heard of "Youthful Essence" by Susan Lucci? (Isn't she that actress from All My Children?) I met a woman with beautiful skin and she said this was the product she used. I think she mentioned The Shopping Channel in Canada. Has anyone tried it?

i have this. its just an exfoliator. and pricey at that. you'd do better just putting on an aspirin mask and using an electric toothbrush to exfoliate.

I have one and I like it and didn't think the price was that bad. I forget how much now though, thinking $45? The scent is not at all strong, but after the Youthful Essence micro cream ran out, I have been trying other brands of cream.

I do think people on the board really like the Clarisonic brush though, so you might want to look into that one. Just do a search here for it.

It's not available on the Canadian Shopping Channel. I just did a quick search.

A friend of mine tried it and didn't like it. She has oily acne-prone skin like me. I recommended EpidermX II to her and she's loving it as much as I do. You may want to consider EpidermX II.

Mystiq? That's interesting about using the electric toothbrush with the mask. So how do you use both products? Do you put the aspirin mask on and then leave it on for awhile and then use the toothbrush? Please advise! Many thanks..

I use the aspirin mask (5 uncoated aspirin and 2 tablespoons of honey) first and i leave it on for about 15-20 minutes. Afterwards i take a cheap electric toothbrush (cheap ones from walgreens, soft bristle) and i turn it on and use it on my face using circular strokes. The aspirin works as a scrub and the tooth brush helps with exfoliating. it works very well for me.
