| he wants to work up to 70% over 5 treatments...i went to another place and they said they would do a 30% glycolic 10%TCA and move from there. i am 28 with good skin and want to do this to brighten and as a preventative to maintain tone and keep fine lines at bay-how do you suggest i go about this vis a vis chemical peels? thanks!! |

Hey I guess initially 70% would be too much and totally depends on your skin how it reacts to high % but start with lower % then after seeing how ur skin reacts doc should increase or decrease the percentage very gradually with sessions. Peels will definitely brighten your skin.
But just beware cos it makes ur skin very sensitive to sun. So try to avoid sun as much as possible nvr go out at peak time when sun is high like 12-4 noon(depends on your location). And always carry umbrella sunglasses and most important atleast 50% spf higher would be good) sunscreen(15 or 20 wont do any good in case of chemical peeled skin. And do apply lotnlot of moisturizer. |

| do you think the tca addition is a good idea ie 30% 10% tca or is it better to just keep increasing the glycolic strength? i already wear spf 55 with 30ppd so i think that should be good-im also the only person around who wears a hat! |

| hihi...are you doing the chemical peel in hospital? i'm also doing the peeling, is from skincare.i only use 0.1% to do the peeling...and is enought for the skin peeling. |
