Has anyone compared the nano cyclic silver with psf papaya cleansing gel, which contains colloidal silver?

In a couple other threads the nano cyclic gets high marks for clearing up acne....I'm wondering if the same results could be expected from the papaya cleanser? Is it also colloidal silver in the nano cyclic cleansing bar?

I think the difference between the nano silver and the colloidal silver is the size. Nanosilver particles of course are smaller and is therefore more effective....i think.

My question is...why is this so expensive? It should cost only $10.
