Help with Jane Iredale pressed base colour please...

I can't really tell from the swatches on the computer what colour to choose. I know that I want a yellow base but dont know if I am amber, warm sienna or golden glow. I currently use Shiseido 020 powdery foundation, LM warm ivory in winter and LM sunny beige in summer. So what am I?? So confused. Hope somebody who uses JI will help me out. Thanks.

Hi sportie,

I have light/medium olive skin (yellow undertones) and use JI golden glow in the summer months. I'm not sure how it compares to sunny beige, but if you tan at all in the summer or use a self tanner, golden glow might be a nice compliment to your skin tone--it's a warm color, but not too dark, and will make you look like you've gotten a touch of sun. The key is to use a light hand when applying. I tried the other colors you mentioned and they were too light for me in the summer.

I'm not sure sorry, but you can try using the foundation chart to see if you can find out which shade in a particular brand (if it's listed) maps to another shade in another brand.
