If one knows what AHA one is after, I'm pretty sure IFP --> lactic, and JM Bioclear --> glycolic.
One thing I am not clear on is why, if one uses oils on one's face, BHA is not enough. Maybe someone here knows. |
Melanie, IFP bha/aha combo has been one of the best things I've discovered for keeping my pores clean and clear. BHA molecules are small enough to clean within the pores and lactic acid acts as a chemical exfoliant on the surface to remove dead skin and help to increase cellular turnover rate. |

Have been reading about the benefits of combining AHA/BHA but which line is the best? do I need it in a cleanser, gel/serum, and moisturiser or would just one be enough? |
This will alleviate the confusion Lscott. Theres lots of stuff out there but this combo works wonders for me.

I love it. My skin has improved dramatically since using this as a make up base. |
