I bought this yesterday and really like it. It is the lovliest consistency. It feels and applies creamier than I expected for a powder. Thanks for the review and recommendation. |

Just received mine and tried it today! Really is the best! I would never have chose it as I always go for the pink ones, my mistake. |

Thanks for the tip. And the fan brush is nice too |

What's a fan brush btw? Can I apply this using a blush or powder brush? Thanks |

I received my NARS Albatross highlighting powder yesterday. Thanks dollbird for the recommendation. There are so many ways I can use this product: brighten eye area, cheek bones, declotee or lightly on whole face. I find the Albatross makes me look brighter and healthier (especially on those ugly days ). I have a fan brush (Jane Iredale) but prefer my good old blush brush. |

I would never have bought this powder/blush without the recs on EDS. I love it. My biggest concern was getting the "sparklies" and that isn't a part of this at all. I was also concerned it wouldn't be appropriate for someone in their late 40's.
Albatross is a lovely shade that highlights so nicely - around the eyes, cheekbone area and forehead. I am thrilled. So subtle, yet there.
Thanks everyone for this tip. Glad I went for it. And the fan brush is working nicely - though I think any decent brush used correctly will work fine. |

Yep when Doll recommends I go out like a lemming and get it. This is fabulous stuff. Now that I read the other comments, I made the dumb mistake of using it kinda all over - do any of you use it like this? I loved it and will be a daily part of my face now. I will experiment a bit too. I hate blusher but this is perfect - for an evening out I will try it with my laura mercier golden mosaic which is the only blusher I use once every six months or so. Again, thanks. I will be passing on this great find. Recently also loving Urban Decay lip stain. |

I so wanted to try this product after reading such a wonderful review that I rushed out hoping to buy one for myself. I was so gutted when the SA at Nars told me it's no longer available in Thailand! |

Puds do try it. [have noticed you have stopped thudding. ] The only minor drawback of albatross is if you have naturally sort of shiny skin as I do it might add a bit more. But it is not as brash as Benefit highbeam for example which I got as a sample and was soooo disco. I am also hoping it does not give me spots or anything but so far I have started to use it sparingly over the SKII airtouch and it is lovely. A nice touch for a romantic evening (the candlelight comment previously was spot on). |

I finally ordered one of these highlighters!
I saw a tutorial by Scott Barnes about how he does J.Lo's make up, and the penny dropped as to just how important a highlighter can be...
looking forward to trying it. |

I'd sure like to see that tutorial. Don't really know what I'm doing exactly and a little guidance would be good. |
