Can you explain in more detail? Are you lids swollen to make them look bulgy? Do your eyes bulge at all? Why I ask these questions is I know someone who has a thyroid condition. Her eyes bulged to some extent before she was diagnosed.

I am not suggesting this is the case with you. Just need to understand better. Wink

I could say it looks swollen, although i don't feel pain nor is red. i dont think it's a thyroid prob otherwise i would've known. both upper eyelid are just puffy, that they would make an unnatural crease above the normal eyelid fold.

Pevonia Eye Gel might help. You can use it on the lid and it does take down swelling. I have used this gel/cream and find it to be one of my favorites.

Description:
This eye gel contains the latest technology in liposomic structure: spherulites. Rich in repairing, soothing and hydrating ingredients. Reduces puffiness and dark circles. Also helps to relax the lids.
Skin Types:
all

Useage:
To be applied in the morning. Be careful not to apply the gel in the eyes. An excellent base for long lasting make-up. Use in conjunction with the eye cream in the evening.

Ingredients:
Water (Aqua), Sodium Hyaluronate (Spherulites), Orange (Citrus Dulcis) Extract (Vit. C), Squalane, Glycerin, Ginkgo Biloba, Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) Extract, Carbomer, Carrot (Daucus Carota) Extract, Chitosan Ascorbate, Polysorbate 20, Sodium Hydroxide, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
