My skin needs help, so after reading reviews on skin rolling I'm still confused about needle length. I know I don't want to go for the 1.5mm, waaay to scary for me. So I'm just hoping someone can tell me what would work best without drawing blood!
.75mm
.9mm
.5mm
Thanks ladies Smile

Never heard of this procedure. Is it something you do yourself?

Apparently so, I'm hoping to help large pore/scarring. Hopefully someone here can help me out with needle length. Just do a search on DermaRoller.

I have basically every dermaroller oyu've listed (upto the 1.5mm)

the 1.5 is really if you have really scarred areas, it will break down scar tissue over time and allow callogen to come through making any depressed scars less visible.

The smaller ones are really for makign your products penetrate your skin more but wont give you any "skin remodelling" effect HTH

Thanks, I know this is a stupid question, but which is longer .5mm or .9mm? I'm afraid to try the 1.5mm and it's so expensive!

The .9 is longer, the 1.5 is really long, some girls say they are able to tolerate it without any freexing but myself I find it very difficult and I feel I have a high tolerance for pain, (maybe Im wrong Laughing ) but the 1.5 on my actually draws blood wheras teh smaller ones do not, I guess it dpeneds what you are trying to achieve. I purhcased my 1.5MM on ebay, do a search under "skin roller" I think I paid 85 or so Smile

Is this one fairly close to the 1mm?

Wow, I've never seen a 1.5mm for $85!

I think the sellers on ebay quickly raised their prices after the demand went up not to long ago, I rememeber buying mine and literally the next day the same seller had it raised to 400 dollars, here is a link for one at 150 or so http://cgi.ebay.ca/WRINKLES-ACNE-SCARS-FACE-OR-BODY-SKIN-ROLLER-RARE-1-5-M_W0QQitemZ330164893911QQihZ014QQcategoryZ29618QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I dont think there is much difference between the 1 and 1.5, I think the 1 mm will still give you very good results

Oh you were lucky then! You will have to forgive me Embarassed The .9mm is about the same as the 1mm right? The reason I ask is the .9mm is a fairly good price in Canadian dollars. I don't know why your link highlighted on the forum and mine didn't, something else I have to figure out Laughing
