I had a micordermabrasion appointment today but due to the breakouts on my forehead, the BA suggested using glycolic peel on me.
It's kind of expensive given only 4 or 5 minutes of treatment. This is the first time I have done the peel. My skin now is really shinny and kind of pinky, looked very rediculous. Hopefully tomorrow morning everything will back to normal. |

glycolic peel doesnt help for acne but it works for acne scars and marks. I guess first you should have sallylic acid peel for acne and then later glycolic peel for marks. Or maybe you can use combination of both peels. I mean not together but alternate sessions. |

The micor is also supposed to lighten the scars. but I had 5 treatments already, dont see big improvements. If Glycolic peel is doing the same job, I wonder why she replaced micro.
any glycolic acid product I can use at home? |

It helped lighten my acne scars too. I used the MD formulations products while I was being treated on the recommendation of the beauty therapist. I think they had glycolic acid in them. |

Glycolic acid is an AHA and it'll help exfoliate skin. It helps keep pores clear and in some cases will help clear acne. |
