Is there more money in skincare or hairstyling? I am trying to pick a career and like both. I know what hairstyling requires, but I am not all too familiar with the daily routine of an esthetician. Any school reccommendations for either? Any information would be great:)

Why not do both ? Also it depends where you live . I live in Québec city so as a esthetician people where coming to my salon mostly for waxing and pedicure..not the fun stuff! But I guess that in bigger city you can make a career as a facial specialist or even maybe in the nail industry.
My friend did her esthetician class and then the hairdresser one too. She have her own salon and do both. But she realise she prefer the hair so she might hire someone to work for her in the esthetics.
Good luck to you !
And ...just to let you know, I quit the beauty business for a office job. Laughing
