Does anyone's hair get frizzy and poofy after working out and getting sweaty? How do you fight this problem? |

Washing your hair will do the trick! |

Its humidity that makes it do this, you could wash or you could blow dry the roots with a bit of hair powder. I know you you have black hair though so matching the powder might be tricky, you might see if just blow drying the roots helps. |

Thanks, Vonstella and SusieQ! I tried tying my hair while working out and didn't let my hair down for the rest of the day, and it seemed to help. I don't have time to wash my hair after the workout since I go to the gym at lunch time on work days. So this seems to help solve the problem for now. Also the gym I go to (Bally) doesn't seem to have a hair dryer in the locker room. But maybe I can try this trick if I work out at home, or can go home after the gym. Thanks again. |
