OK, it's that time of the year when the days get shorter. Depending where you are, it might be cold, dark and rainy for most days. You drag yourself out of bed and force your foggy brain to work. Yup! That's me!
For everyone who suffers from seasonal blues like me, give light therapy a try. I used to go on anti-depressants every fall and winter because I was feeling so down. The worse physical feeling was going to bed tired, waking up tired, and having a foggy brain. Last year, I stumbled upon a web site that talked about portable light boxes. I went to a doctor and discussed with her about it. She told me to give it a try. It's amazing! Within a weeks, my symptoms were greatly reduced! It feels great to not have to dread the dark days of fall and winter.
The light box that I am using has a web site that has good information.www.litebook.com |

That's interesting!
Would an LED device used for facial, (like the BQ or Lightstim) rejuvination achieve the same results? |

no, unless they're able to create a full spectrum light, which LEDs can't do |
