| How come Jan Marini Bioclear lotion and cream are no longer listed on EDS? Have they been discontinued? |

This is very strange  . They still have the bioglycolic lotion and cream, just not the bioclear. I wouldnt have thought it would be discontinued as its such a popular product. I think its best to contact EDS to see if they still stock it.
Otherwise, I guess the best place to order from is skinstore.com or dermstore.com |

It's weird. When I search for "Bioclear Lotion", it says "Displaying 1 to 1 (of products)" but it doesn't actually display anything but those words. Same result when searching for "Bioclear Cream".
When I search product descriptions, though, it does find/show it in some of the Travel Kits...
Very strange.  Must be a glitch? |

This is Magda's response when I PM'ed her about this issue last Wednesday Oct 10:
"We have had some hick-ups recently with Jan Marini supplies. Jan Marini is changing their distribution practices and actually establishing new distributor in Canada. I hope to have resolved all of this during the next week."

"We are merely out of stock, and have removed the products from our website until inventory has been replenished." |

| I have a sad story... I ordered the lotion almost a month ago but due to a mistake, I got the cream instead. Since yeahyeah said the cream made her break out, I decided not to keep it and returned it to EDS to be exchanged for the lotion. A week or so passed and then I was told my order was canceled as they didn't have the lotion at the moment. Snif..Snif..snif... Boo-hoo-hoo. I hope they get the lotion back soon. |
