Hi! Did anyone try this one yet? I am a real rose addict and this sounds really good.
I live in Markham, Ontario area. Does anyone know where I can find a dealer for this?
Thanks in advance! |

I usually see Jason at health food stores. If it's difficult to find, though, maybe contact them to ask for a store location? Here is the info from their website:
JASON Natural Cosmetics are available at your local natural / health food stores in United States, Canada and are available around the world. If you are unable to find a particular product, please call the JASON Consumer Hotline: 1-877-JASON-01 (1-877-527-6601).

I've tried this shampoo and conditioner duo, and I was thoroughly underwhelmed. The shampoo was annoyingly difficult to lather, like many non-SLS formulations, but it didn't seem to skip on the drying effect so it's lose-lose. And the conditioner wasn't very good at moisturizing, detangling, or de-frizzing, IMO. I wasn't even as wowed by the scent as I thought I would be.
These may work better for others with different hair types (mine is coarse, thick, wavy, and prone to dryness), but I gave my half-used bottles to my two female roommates respectively. One of them has thick but fine normal hair, that's naturally somewhat wavy/curly but that she can style straight or curly depending on technique, and the other has long thin fine hair that she sometimes straightens and that's not particularly prone to anything. Neither of them liked these formulations, either.
So for what it's worth... sorry if this is disappointing, but I figure it's helpful to someone! |

Thank you for your feedback!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although it's disappointing (I really was hoping it's good...), it's good to know, because I don't want to search high and low to buy a product that will end up disappointing me. I have normal hair with no particular problems but I do prefer a lathering shampoo, otherwise I would feel that it's not clean!
Thanks again for your feedback, I think I will keep searching for another good shampoo with rosewater! |

Or you could always see if anyone on MUA wants to swap you this stuff, or just a small decant -- that way you could try it without having to search all over and pay for shipping or whatever. Good luck either way in your rosewater search!
Oh, and to clarify just in case, the shampoo and conditioner set I'm talking about is here:
http://www.jason-natural.com/products/natural_salon.php#normalizing
BUT, they have a different rosewater shampoo that's listed here:
http://www.jason-natural.com/products/everyday_hair_care.php
That second one I've never tried, FYI. So you might have better luck with it, who knows! I've used some other Jason shampoos before and liked them, so I don't necessarily think they're all bad. |

Thanks, sweetie!
Bummer...the one you tried was the new one that just came out and it sounded so good! The other one is the older version of it, I believe.
I have heard some users saying the same thing (not lathering too well)...right now I discovered Fruits and Passions make SLS and paraben-free shampoos and conditioner, I will give those a try since they are available online (great customer service and shipping too). Too bad they don't make one with rose water! |
