Has anyone used this line of makeup before? I saw it in London Drugs (Canada) and just loved the packaging and colors. The saleslady told me it was a line from New Zealand?

The only Bloom I have tried are the eyeshadows, Olive being my most used, they are so pigmented and the quality, staying power and texture supasses my MAC shadows.

I, too, stumbled upon Bloom at London Drugs and the packaging does look beautiful...but...I don't want to splurge on their products until I've heard more....

Bloom is quite popular and widely used in Australia, particularly with the young. I just bought some of their body butter for my daughter yesterday. Their lip gloss is nice.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Bloom lipglosses. Hydrating, glossy, non-sticky and has a yummy vanilla-orange scent.

I've stumbled upon Bloom lip gloss in Vegas several years ago, and I love it!! It's too bad that my favorite color is discontinued.

I saw a segment on a beauty show about the Bloom line. Their products look fabulous and are supposed to be wonderful. I'm dying to try them. I think it is probably worth the splurge!

I just saw in the London Drugs flyer that they have Bloom Mineral makeup. It looks nice with the brush and packaging but I dont know how the stuff is.

I have played with the testers, and found it to be no better than anything else I've tried or purchased. I think the prices are a little high, but yes, the packaging is lovely... it's all about marketing. I had a bit of a chuckle reading this thread and noticing how many people were drawn in by the packaging!!!!

I could've sworn this was an Aussie line, not a NZ one -- but it's been ages since I've seen it, so I'm not sure. Smile

I've tried their highlighter for the body, which comes in a tube, and their facial highlighting cream, which comes in a pan like a cream eyeshadow or blush. The cream one was fine, but the body one had a crappy consistency that would ball up on itself and cause uneven patches so you'd have a big gold streak or whatever. Laughing NOT a good product! But the other highlighter was great, so who knows -- I always liked the look of their stuff.

I agree with luvyourskin.

With this product it's all about the packaging. At the moment packaging in Australia (not sure about the rest of the world) is all about girly girl (obviously that is what the consumers want) and the line is in all the stores.

I tried their eyeshadow for a special occasion, which was a big mistake. My eyes were irritated all night to the extent that they wouldn't stop watering.

Nickieygirl no wonder they're on sale all year, the product is obviously not moving.

I'll never try any of their products again. Once bitten, twice shy.
