Hello,
A bit urgent - I have overdone the acids and products on my face, and have some redness/burning/irritation. I know it'll go down on it's own, but can anyone recommend a home-made mask to calm the skin down?

| I'd also make a cup of organic chamomile tea and just let it cool and wipe it over your skin with a cotton ball, like a toner. Chamomile is great at reducing redness and inflammation. |

| A honey mask is also great. You can thin it with a little water or an oil. |

| I was going to suggest a honey mask too. Apply the honey evenly, leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, then rinse it off. |

Thanks for the great suggestions.
Did aloe, emu, honey mask last night.
Cleansed, then toned with cold herb tea (was a relax/calm blend with camomile and other herbs), then aloe,then emu oil. Didn't sleep a lot last night but my skin is MUCH better, and as smooth as a baby's bottom. Think it's the emu oil.
My skin is still sensitive, so for now my routine is just cleanse, tone with herb tea, and emu oil.
