I recently purchased some of the pumpkin peel enzyme from Personal Formulator.

Can I use this in the morning when I have flakes from Retin-A and need to get rid of them quickly before going to work?

Thanks, BF

I tend to like using peels in the evening. That way, I can recover from any redness overnight.

Same here, I usually use peels in the evening as they make my skin more sensitive and red. However, I do sometimes use peels in the morning but only when I know I am not going to go out until later on in the day.

I just purchased the PSF Pumpkin peel. It really stings when I first put it on. I leave it on for 5 minutes. Is this normal?

Barefootgirl,

I am a strong believer in using acids (besides vitamin c) and retin-a/retinol products in the evening as i think the resurfacing of your skin makes it more prone to sun damage.

if your skin gets flakey perhaps use a heavier moisturizer on top of your retin-a, after waiting for a bit of course.

Kris

I also want to buy the PSF pumpkin peel. However, it is not for sensitive skin. Although my skin not strightly sensitive, I still afraid that it will sting.
