Hi,
I've read reviews that decleor ylang ylang oil helped tremendously with blackheads.. I've blackheads literally in every single pore of my face.. especially on my jawline where i can't really extract myself.. but only a few acne.. So i'd like to know how does ylang ylang help get rid of blackheads? isit through the OCM method? or do u simply apply n it'll just dissolve? also, does it works like a serum? as i'm using NCN daily exfoliator.. i'd like to know which should i use first.. Thanks a lot ^^ |

The balms are used at night and help decongest the skin: they help dissolve the dirt, making extraction easier. The Ylang Ylang is suited for oily skin, while the Essential Balm is for normal/combination. |

It depends on the oil, as each has a different function: they can hydrate, soothe, brighten, or regulate oiliness (in the case of ylang ylang). Also, the oils are meant to be used under the moisturizers (although I'll sometimes use the oil alone).
If your skin looks shiny and is flakey, it might simply be dehydrated -- the Neroli might work for you. However, if you can, I highly recommend that you get a Decleor facial. A Decleor beautician will assess your skin and devise a routine for you. (It might be that you don't even need to use an oil, just a balm.) |
