Hello,
Today, while i's checking the new product section in EDS, i came across Eminence's eye products. There are 4 products involved:
STEP 1: Gentle Exfoliation : Naseberry Eye Exfoliant
STEP 2: Age-defying & Rejuvenating : Raspberry Eye Masque
STEP 3: Regenerating & Soothing : Eminence Cucumber Eye Gel
STEP 4: Anti-wrinkle & Nourishing : Wild Plum Eye Cream
The ingredients are all interesting especially for Raspberry Eye Masque and Wild Plum Eye Cream.
I'm searching for my eye mask and new eye cream, to reduce my dark circle and moisturize at the same time.
Has anyone tried any of Eminence's eye products? Please, I'd like to hear your comments. |

With my EDS order this past week I got a sample of the Gentle Exfoliation : Naseberry Eye Exfoliant. Smells really, really nice. I tried it a couple of days ago and I found that it really dried out the contour of my eye. I don't have a really good hydrating eye cream but once I get one I'm going to give it another try.
The Eminence Sour Cherry Masque sounds really yummy. The usage part sort of scares me...
Usage:
Apply a thin layer of masque with fingertips to cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. (Dilute with water for easier application.) May use Galvanic or ultra-sound. Leave on for 5 minutes or longer (it is recommended to place wet gauze or cotton strips over top). It is possible to use as a massage agent by diluting the product and periodically dipping your hand into tea, juice or water. Remove with a damp face cloth
The strange part is you can't order the Eminence product online you have to call EDS direct. |

I've tried 'em all!
The Naseberry Exfoliant, as i learned, is only to be used under the browbone & around the 'crows feet' area. Makes sense, actually, because you do feel it dry & tighten.
The Raspberry Masque can be left on overnight or as mask treatment. I don't have dark circles or puffiness, so the last two steps are a bit lost on me, but they feel & smell good. The Cucumber one does feel nice and cool. |

I thought I'd bump this to see who has used any of these products since end of last year. I just started using a sample of the raspberry eye mask. One initial surprise was that a little bit goes a long way so it looks like the sample will last for at least 5-6 uses.
After the first use I thought that it's not very moisturising for a mask but my eye area looked less tired and all the little veins were a little less visible (this was temporary of course) afterward. I'll reserve my judgement until I use it a few more times but so far so good!
I'm curious about the exfoliating mask as well, though I don't think I'm all that keen to put something exfoliating around my eyes. |

I bought steps 2-4, but I have only used steps 2 and 3 until now because the sizes are large.
I am about 30 years old.
The eye gel is surprisingly more like a cream, or at least a lotion, moisturizing and lasting long. Of course, I can still feel the gel constituent in it. I am now using it almost every morning, feeling satisfied with its modrate moiturizing effect, nice smell, and gentle feeling, although I don't have seen some difficult problems bothering me such as dark circle tackled successfully. The color is also surprisingly green, and the smell is suprisingly like a cucumber, both attractive!
The eye mask has a special fragrance, hard to discribe, but very fragrant. Honestly, I haven't found that it is very moisturizing or my skin under eyes change much, it just softening or hydrating my skin expectably. I don't know if I will feel more effects when using it in winters when my skin is drier.
However, its texture and fragrance are nice. Also, it is a rare creme mask formulated for eyes in the markets. Although it is nice as a whole, compared to its high price, I might not buy it again. |
