Hi
I received my Clarisonic system today from EDS(yay)! And the product that came is the Clarisonic MD (not that it matters ) And I was trying to register for the free brush heads but my card only has a 5 digit code on it. It seems that the Clarisonic website asks for 11 alpha-numeric characters? Am I missing some numbers that I can find on the box or the product? TIA |

Update: I ended up adding 6 zeros in front of the code I was giving. It worked! BUT it then says that I am qualified for one free brush heads instead of two.... did anyone have this happen? |

I had the same experience with the missing digits. I had to call the 800 # and they reported there was a printing error and gave me the following: A41962 to put in front of the 5 digit code. When I registered on-line 2 free brush heads were offered.
I hope this helps. Did your DVD work? Mine was defective but I forgot to mention that to the customer service rep (very nice staff).
I'm fairly satisfied with the purchase but I really think it is only worth it for my congestion problems and not as effective for my aging skin issues (large pore/hyperpigmentaion/fine lines). It has been hard to explain to my DH that the $160 charge on the VISA bill was for something to wash my face.

Yvetteski, my DVD works fine. But I find that I didn't need the DVD other than to distingush that different ascending or descending tones... Yeah it was hard to explain to DH about this too but hey, I deserve a nice christmas gift to myself! |

Mine had 2 sets of numbers- 5 and 6 (registration code). I used all 11 and then it worked for me. At first it was saying my number had already been used before and I thought maybe the Ebay guy ripped me off. I still have not received them though. It was September when I ordered. |

Thank you so much for this info. My insert was misprinted as well. I was driving myself crazy trying to register w/ only one code. The customer service number kept disconnecting me. I guess they may be getting a lot of calls about this... |

They seem to be very backed up with the brush heads, FYI. I requested mine around October 6th and still have not received them.
The Clarisonic really hasn't worked out for me (gave me zits, which I don't usually get), so when I get those nice new brush heads I hope to sell it. (I used it maybe 10 times over the course of 2 months, so it's virtually new.) |
