| What is the diff. between yoga facial exercises and regular face exercises. Also,where can I get a video or DVD of Facial Yoga. Thanks |

| Apparently, the yoga is less effective than facial exercises, but it is 'new'. Therefore it has novelty value. |

Thanks so much for the web site. I wish it would show pics. I am so afraid of doing the exercises incorrectly and thus generating more problems. Does Carol Maggio have a video with her book. |

fyi I've been doing the other exercises without a video and it's had a wonderful and FAST effect. I'm really impressed at how quickly it got rid of my double chin  ) and my cheekbone area looks a lot better, which, being a round/flat faced asian is a true delight. |

Thanks so much! You have been such a help! I also have a fat round face and wished for a diff. face until I started noticing some sagging. Now I want my face back. |
