Ok..I've been applying a hot water bottle to the side of my chin where I have a sebaceous cyst...trying to see if it will go away. After doing this twice a day for a week, I've noticed I have some dark patches of skin in that spot...like I've done some damage from too much heat. Has anyone experienced that and what can I do to make it go away? |

You may have caused some of the very tiny veins to burst and what you are seeing is the resulting bruise. I have read that Remergent Microcirculation is being used to remove bruising like this so it may be worth a try. |
