Angelwings...you have to take Biotin with other B complex for it to be assimilated. It will not "take" on its own.
Vitamin H (Biotin) - This vitamin is a B vitamin but is a very important hair loss vitamin. Lack of this vitamin shows up as thinning hair and loss of hair. So it should be on the top of your list to supplement with it. However it should be used and taken with the other B vitamins so to get the best absorption. Use around 300 mcg and if the B100 do not have enough biotin, you may have to supplement with biotin separately |
