Hi I have a large discolouration & slight indentation on my cheek. When you use a glycolic acid do you apply it and neutralise it after 5 mins? also do you apply on the whole cheek or just the indent? |

i assume we are talking about a glycolic acid peel. Glycolic peels in general will not have any significant effect in reducing indentation marks. They are more for the surface of the skin. Glycolic peels are generally meant to be used all over the face to even out skin tone and reduce red marks.
You will have more success with a TCA peel or TCA cross methid for that one specific spot in conjunction with copper peptides. You can do a board search for that. HTH. |

I haven't tried it myself, but I know you can get it from Perfect Complexion and Makeup Artist's Choice among many other places. Do a search in the Home-Based skincare thread. You'll find loads of information on it. |
