I apologize for asking another copper peptides question.
I know the two should not be used together, but are there benefits to using both on alternate days? Or would I have the same effects (or better) just to be using copper peptides alone and just bypassing the Vit C altogether?
I just ordered a new tube of Vit C (while also using copper peptides minimally and getting fabulous results with respect to scarring)...and afterwards I started doing more research on copper peptides, and now realizing that copper peptides are supposed to do as good a job as vit C in all areas (if not better) i was wondering, should I just send back the Vit C and order a larger bottle of copper peptides, or just continue to use both together?
Any opinions would be helpful. Thanks. |

I believe that you would benefit by using both. You don't have to use Vit. C topically though. You could take 1000mg of Vit. C daily as well as use CPs.
I use Vit. C serum AM and Super CPserum PM as well as take 1000mg Vit. C. and am happy with the results. |
