I just placed an order for a sample of the Epidermxll and the Chrysalyx. Can those that use these prdoucts tell me how to use them? I thought I read something about spraying your face with water before you use both of these products. Is this right? What kind of water do you use? Just regular water or a special kind of water? Thanks for your help.

Hello Bixa! First things first: I find it's best to use EII on a wet face. I just use it in the shower after washing my face.

As for the Chrysalyx, in my experience you MUST use it on damp skin. I usually mist my face with either Caudalie Grape Water or Zenbiotic's Oxytoner, however, if you have a mist or toner that you prefer I think that would be fine too. HTH!

(PS: You only need a pea-sized amount of the chrysalyx, so feel free to keep your sample in a zip loc and use a q-tip to get the right amount out every day.)

i actually prefer to use the EII on a damp face rather than a wet face. I feel like it works more effectively. But that's a personal preference, it might be too harsh for some people to use it like that.

Bixa - I also use my epidermx in the shower. I find that it works best for me if my face is wet rather than damp.

You will love this product it is really wonderful
