I'm looking for a good bright pink or peachy blush. I would like something fairly matte, a little shimmer is ok, but not sparkly. I was thinking of buying Nars orgasm, the color was pretty good, but it seems too sparkly. Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

I love Guerlain Divinora Radiant Blush in Beige Clair 505 for a peachy blush although it's more of a beigey peach. The color is gorgeous and will suit most skin tones.

As for bright pink without shimmer, the ones that come to mind are from Bobbi Brown.

Paula Begoun has a nice collection of matte blushes and she sells one-time-use samples on her site for I think 37 cents a piece. I ordered a few of these and liked them. One was a nice pink shade and another a peachy shade but I can't remember the names at the moment. There's not a large selection of colors but I liked the ones I tried.

I love NARS Amour- you need very little as it is highly pigmented.
I like MAC pincho peach as well- but it doesn't last as long on your skin as the NARS does.

I love Guerlain Divinora Radiant Blush in Apricot Souffle! It is a beautiful colour on most skin tones but it does have a little shimmer but not sparkle. Check it out!

I am normally a high end make-up user but I always go back to Rimmel blushes, try Santa Rose.

Nars Deep Throat is a good alternative to Nars Orgasm. It is slightly peachier and less sparkly.

I have very sensitive skin, and I often react to anything with even a hint of shimmer in it, so I had to try a lot of different blushes before I found the right one: Lancôme Blush Subtil!

I use Rose Fresque, which looks exactly like the colour of my cheecks when I excercise or blush. I have not tried other colours though.

Hope this helps!

When I think of pink, I think girlie bright 'candy pink' and Bobbi Brown's Pale Pink blush. (I wish I knew how to post photos here, but yet....it's the one the left in the palette in the link below:-

For a peachy blush, I love Nars' Deep Throat. On me it is definitely peachy. Smile I am Asian with yellow skintone. The Nars blushes look shimmery in the palette but I didn't think it 'sparkly' on the cheeks. The pigments are really fine. Smile

Cargo makes excellent matte blushes. Catalina is a bright clear pink, Molokai is peachy, and Tonga is a pretty combination of the two that goes with anything. Smile

Laura Mercier has some really pretty blushes, and I agree with the Cargo suggestions too.
