I colored my naturally medium blonde hair one shade lighter and now I have brassy roots and grey ends! What can I do to remedy this? Do I need a color remover? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! |

I wish I had a suggestion on how to remedy your problem. You might try the Hair Board on makeupalley (dot com)...I sometimes color my hair myself and found lots of helpful info there. One hair color line that many ladies love there is Satin Haircolor. Good Luck!

The best thing to do is call the customer service number on your box of haircolor.. You can speak with a specialist who will ask you a few questions and give you the remedy..
Good luck! |
