Surgery is the only solution for sagging skin, unless it is very minor.Nothing will really lift sagging skin, only surgery. |

Well well, whoa so I can give up on spending lots of money on beauty creams and or regimes.
I now that a surgery is the way tho look 10 years younger, But that's not what I wanted. Even don't have the money to afford it
I just wanted some firming on the jawline, and by my cheeks, and eyes.
The little wrinkles don't badder me.
In fact I have A oily T-zone, hm. it's not fair, lots of wrinkle items,...........and there is also the issue NOW WRINKLE CREME IS WORKING!!
So just shoot me |

Alright, don't shoot me yet!.......thanks girls for your thinking that's what I do all the time.
When I look in the mirror from out of 10 time's I DON,T LIKE my self at last 8 times.
I get so exhausted
, I always have tho do a regime.
than this, than another. I can't live whit out it.
It's good tho talk about it,.......DMAE and COPPERPEPTIDE I am already using also take the MSM vitamin C and Omega oil. There are lot 's of things that claims to be firming.
But sweeties I still hoping for replies, from ladies with the same issue, and having something figured out what works for them |

Sadly....there is NOTHING to help with sagging or wrinkles. Moisturizers only make your fine lines and wrinkled LOOK BETTER, but thats it ladies. Short of surgery there is NOTHING no device, no cream, to help with sagging.Give it up. This is why the cosmetic industry makes billions of dollars because women believe there is something out there to correct all these problems. Don't buy into the hype. God forbid, don't do facial exercises either! You'll only sag more! |

If not a surgery, what about Thermage?
I think that sagging is the result of weakening of collagen.. Do you use any products with retinol or retin-a? |

I have had marked improvement with sagging since I joined EDS 3 1/2 years ago. The products that have contributed to this:
AlphaDermaCE
Mineral Prep
Vit. C Serum
Baby Q/or Quasar SP
Facial Flex
Copper Peptides
Sun protection a must!!!
Baby Q and CP's have been added to my routine this year (love the BQ/SP).
Janson Beckett's product made a hugh impact on my skin. I have been using them faithfully for over three years. |

I've seen good results, I've been using the Flex Effect exercise program regularly since June.
www.flexeffect.com
It definitely DOES help and it DOES require tenacity--something you have to devote time to 5-6 times per week. about 12 minutes for the abbreviated version, 30 minutes for the entire program. Facial massage also helps with causing the skin to produce more collagen as a reaction, but those muscles underneath have to be toned, too. Combine that with CP's and you'll see a difference in a few months. It's not a quick fix! Only surgery will do that, but when you think of the risks and cost, why not try something else first? |

I also use Facial Flex (I bought it after reading some posts here, thanks ladies!).
I think that it definitely tones up my face.
But it seems that I started to see nasolabial lines after 3 months of regular use.
Have you ever had this type of problem with this device, Winnie? |

Yes keep them coming,....heehaw faith en believe is also a huge (beauty) regime.
Ooh my goodness first I feel shut down. Have tho accept the drooping end sagging, WHO Butt then I wash thinking It's NOT all true.
In the past women ware old at 50(mostly)....there was not match, soap/water/and a simply creme.
Butt the women from the last years ware getting younger and younger looking.
Now a women of 50 good easily looking at here 40.
Of course aging can't by stopped, butt I will believe in good and healthy living. And aging is not a issue on it's own anymore butt more individual.
And that's the point ware I standing now, ha ha
Help from EDS women, ho recognize my problem.
And I will go on, by trying some changes in my regime.
thinking,
Quasar
Vivi er 20% (order already)
CP and re tin A I have already, and a good sunscreen.......I don't use that often, and I will change that tho.
Thanks dear girls for the options already!! |

Actually, I think the FF has helped my nasolabial lines. Try using it for a week then skipping a few days. Lately I find that my skin gets very used to my routines. If I give my skin a break for a week or so results start showing after I begin my routine again. I especially see this with my Quasar SP (LOVE). I follow the directions for a month then give myself a few weeks off. |

You were reading my mind. I have to give the products I use a rest for awhile and change types of products in the spring and late fall.I also stop using the BQ after a few weeks to give my skin a rest. |

Winnie + Rufus; I totally agree with you both about taking a break from routine once in a while.
After daily treatments with several "tools", I felt that my improvement was at a stand still. When I changed things up a bit and took a day or two off, the improvements once again perked up.
Like anything else, our skin can build up a tolerance if overworked and not allowed to recover. |

Bellezza: Do a search using 'Jansen Beckett' that is the name of the company that makes Alpha Derma CE & the Skin Prep. I have been using ADCE and Skin Prep since around 2003. It is one of the very few constants that I have in my ever changing regime. It is an outstanding product that really does deliver results.
Mars: Vivier is Vivier Pharma Inc. A skin care company. It is very popular with a lot of the ladies on this forum, particularly the Vivier vitamin C serums. |

For me, cardio exercises 5-6 times a week for 45 mins to 1.5 hours each session depending on my energy level, a good night sleep, pearl cream seem to do the trick to keep my face skin looking good. I think the cardios make the most difference. I still need to drink more water. :O Oh, not too sure how much taking the MSM and fish oil supplements help, but I'm taking them, too. |
