Sorry to hear about that. Go to the company website and write or phone them about the pigment problem. In the mean time I would just use a self tanner or a foundation to cover the area up if its very prominent. |

Don't do any further peels for goodness sake!
If the area of your body this is on is exposed to sunlight, use a 50 spf waterproof sunblock on it everyday. A topical application of antioxidants wouldn't hurt either, especially vitamins A, C + E.
Good luck!

My advice would be to keep the area well moisturized and make sure you are eating well to help your body heal the scarring. After that I think seeing a doctor would be a good idea so you know exactly what you are dealing with instead of guessing and possibly causing more damage if it is indeed a severe burn. |

Relax, you don't have severe burns....You need to read the previous post I wrote about the sunscreen and topical application of vitamin A,C + E..(especially E)
Just so you know, the burn index is as follows:
1st degree; redness + pain (like bad sunburn)
2nd degree; redness, pain, swelling + blistering.
3rd degree; all of the above, through to the bone including massive infection.
This is a brief summation only to give you an idea.
Just protect the area and apply sunscreen and topical antioxidants. It can take several months till the skin looks uniform again.
