Nope, I don't think we get it here but the saying is so true! That would explain why I've been feeling so crap lately
Edited to add: The colonic sounds rather nasty. Is that part of a detox thing? |

How nice!
Re: the colonic. I was game enough to try the henna on my hair but I'm not trying this! It just doesn't sound too.... "comfortable"...
Good luck with it, let us know if you have any results (I mean in terms of skin improvement and so on ). |

Well done Gucci! Keep it up!
Yeah we only get that programme here in the UK. I LOVE it! I watch it religiously. Kind of nasty but fascinating. All that poo and tongue analysing
I can't get over how a lot of these people are actually proud of their diets. They think its funny! |

well done you! If you put mung beans on wet kitchen towel in the dark for a couple of days, you beansprouts, grab 'em just as they are sprouting and they are even better for you apparantly! I have heard loads about CI and would deffo go for it if it was available here, though I have no desire to see what comes out I read that guy's column in the Times...he was trying all the new age therapies out and two years on he still reckons that CI was the best thing for making him feel better. Wish I lived in a place where you could have the cr@p washed out of you (instead of kicked out of you ) |

the name "Mung" puts me off the beans for a start and there is another one, Aduki beans or something like that!
I dont really want to see what comes out of the tube :-& but if it helps my tummy go down I'll have a go!! |

I've got this book!
Went out at the weekend and bought a load of fresh stuff, flax seed, spirulina, beans for sprouting, nuts, seeds, quinoa! figured I should try a little inside healing as I'm waiting to go for a scan anyways Saturday went fine, sunday morning had my fruit, hot lemon water. Spent Sunday evening with really bad stomach cramps and throwing up, talked myself in to having appendicitis because I've had stomach pains since 10th august
Anyhow - I've turned this in to a ME post
Haven't got the hang of the sprouts, checked mine yesterday and they had started to go mouldy, I only put them out monday. Aw well. |

I agree with the programme. And I feel people should not eat too much sweet food. |

I totally agree with that saying. I did a brown rice cleanse and it helped with my weight loss and improvement of my skin. |
