I have been using this daily for a full month now and I'm so impressed with this product! I received a sample size from the website along with, the Facial Polishing Gel, Line Smoothing Complex Hydrator Delivery Essence and the Line Smoothing Complex Double Intensity Moisturiser. All for free from the site, you can request samples of your choice here. Mine came in the mail after about 3 weeks or so. On to the review!
Dr. LeWinn's Instant Beauty Radiance Booster
"Dr LeWinn's Private Formula Instant Beauty Radiance Booster. Instant action for firmer and smoother skin. More radiant looking skin. Helps eliminate signs of fatigue. Rejuvenates complexion. Perfect under makeup base. Contains 8 active ingredients, including: over 70% Aloe Vera, known for it's soothing properties. Rice Bran Oil, a powerful anti oxidant, Algae Extract to assist firming, Witch Hazel to assist clarity . Powerful anti-oxidant ingredients help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Ideal for all skin types."
"Instructions: Use alone for an instant hydration boost. After thoroughly cleansing and moisturising and prior to face make-up application, apply a small amount over the entire face and eye area (excluding eyelids) or mix with equal parts of foundation and apply over moisturiser for a smooth, even finish. For an intensive masque, apply a generous amount after cleansing. Leave on for 15 minutes, or overnight for total hydration."
39$USD for 50g.
Dr. LeWinn's
I have been using this all over my face (including lips), right after toning, while my face is still slightly damp. I then add a bit more (less than 1/2 a pea size) under my eyes as my eye cream, AM and PM (WOW does it make you look rested in the morning!). Not only does this make an ideal base for my MU by allowing it to easily glide on but, it also instantly hydrates any dry patches from breakouts, etc. If I'm especially tired I pat a tiny bit more under my eyes over my MU. Any trace of late nights or fine lines disappear right away. Perfect to refresh your face when you don't have time to redo all your MU. It is truly amazing how it will instantly hydrate your skin with out being the least bit greasy or heavy. I have had so many people comment on how rested I look since Ive been using it. Its also great for those crusty tops that blemishes can get while they are healing, I just dab a bit on and let the excess absorb for a min before concealing, perfect! Also a great lip hydrator, quick cuticle fixer and very soothing to irritated, dry skin. Its by far the best multitasking moisturizer I have used. I have ordered two of the full size, one for home and one to toss in my MU bag.
To be fair I am only 26 so I'm not dealing with deep facial lines more like fine lines and tired skin, however, I think this would be a nice addition to any routine. The only draw back is the somewhat heavy (although not offensive) fragrance that it has, luckily it dissipates after several mins.
For reference I have oily, acne-prone skin that is also prone to dehydration. |

Thanks for the review, Vonstella. I have been curious about the skin care line, as I love the sunscreen! How about the other samples you received, what do you think of them? |

Hmm, makes me think of trying it, but I am older than you, so probably need more than "radiance" !
However, I have been using the Dr L cosmetic lift - not bad -but not as effective as Eyesential's The Lift (cheaper though).
I am also using the Dr L Ultra R4 regenerative Night Cream, quite good, and the toner- so-so.
I am about to start the Ultra R4 mask, the day cream moisturiser, the firming eye cream. Later I will do the Advanced night cream.
I have already tried the Line Smoothing Complex, but don't think it works on established creases.
But, true to my new resolution, once I start I have to commit to a good LONG trial! |

Oh, btw, what does anyone think of the Dr L gentle cleanser? I haven't started it yet. I find some cleansers don't clean! Can anyone suggest one? |

I actually havent tried the other samples yet, to be honest, other than the buffing beads, Im not sure what the other two do! I need to read up on them a bit first before I decide if Im going to try them. |

Its definitely worth a shot, for sure. This stuff is pretty incredible, not only will it immediately soften lines and hydrate but, it seems to be helping my long term hydration too. Other than the sunblock, Im not sure about the rest of this line but, the Instant Beauty is a stand out product for me. |

The R4 Ultra Mask is devine!!! I did a review on it here about a year ago (I think).... my mum also likes their basic day cream a lot.
I am curious to try their Line Smoothing Plus line, especially the "Line Smoothing Complex S8 Triple-Action Day Defence" (man, what a name!). The ingredients are very alluring... Caviar Extract, Black Currant Oil, Sea Fennel Extract, etc. etc. |

Certainly looks like they have done what * spam * cats do - taken over the house.
Back to the subject, I may have another look at LeWinn products again considering they are relatively easy for me to get. |

This is my alternative to Clarins Beauty Flash Balm. I either use it as a mask thickly or as a primer under my moisturiser thinly.
I do the same with Clarins.
The latest discover that also work the same way is Gatineau Melatogenine Future Plus Mask. Stunning results with Pure Collagen. |
