I've been slowly trying to convert over to organics/botanicals for all of my skin care and cosmetics. OK, maybe not so slowly (my pocketbook frowns). I haven't tried too many products yet, but I don't think I have to look any further for mascara. This is fabulous. It goes on beautifully, lasts all day, hasn't given me racoon eyes, and looks good. The only other organic mascara I tried was Nvey Ecco and I hated it. My eyes turned red by the end of the day (maybe I was allergic?) and there were black shadows under my eyes. Not to mention that you could barely see it once I put it on. Not so with this. And it's vegan!
Ingredients: Deionized Water, Carnauba Wax, Stearic Acid, Panthenol, Tocopherol Acetate, Iron Oxides, Ultramarines, Cellulose Gum, Grapeseed Extract

(and the lipstick is nice too - I bought Galaxy - very moisturizing - still need more use with it to be sure) |

This stuff looks like a great ingredient list, and it's nice to see a good natural mascara formulation that's cheaper than Hauschka. Where do you buy it from? I've never heard of this brand before. |

I bought it at a local health food store in Connecticut. But you can find it on the web on at least one website http://www.veganessentials.com/. I only found it there because I was looking for a picture to post. I haven't done an extensive web search. I really hope it becomes more popular, because it's really nice. |

I love this mascara. It runs less than Hauscha. If anything, it just flakes a wee bit and it's easy to brush them off.
Ginniliz - it is at PCC. The Fremont one just has the mascara and lipsticks and the Greenlake one has the whole line. |
