I won a 50$ EDS gift certificate last week, but have no ideas about how to spend it. I was thinking about getting a new daytime moisturizer, since I've got everything that I want otherwise.

I normally use either Dermalogica or Decleor, and my skin is dry, but at the present, quite normal. It can also be a bit sensitive at times. I am open for suggestions also from other brands than these two; find myself getting boring and rebuying the same stuff all over again.

To sum up: I need a good daytime moisturizer for dryish skin, that you can get from EDS.

Hey!!!!

I can help you spend it. I won last week as well and I purchased some Phytomer products that are FABULOUS!!!!

There is a dual special on for $69, for Phytomer Face Dew & Hydra Continue Moisturizer (full sizes). I received both products on Friday, along with my samples. They are wonderful. I use the Hydra Continue at night cause it doesn't have SPF for daytime but it says it can be use for day &/or night.

My other favorite lines are Yonka, Jurlique or Dermalogica.

Hey, I just had another idea. You could splurge and get the Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel. I bought it for the summer, now I use it underneath my moisturizer. This is also wonderful and can be used day or night. Since $50 is such a nice amount, you should really splurge and get something you wouldn't normaly purchase.

And you have dry skin too? The Phytomer stuff sounds really interesting, especially since I don't use a toner at the moment (and don't even possess one). Do they smell nice, and not too much?

The face dew smells of faint roses. It is wonderful & soothing for dry or irritated skin. There have been other posts here on the board about rose water.

The Hydra Continue does have a smell, but it disapaits shortly after applied. It doesn't bother me as mine sits on the night table, so I slather on and hit the pillow!!!

If you are highly sensitive to fragerance, then perhaps you should check witht he folks at EDS to see if Phytomer has any scent free products. The Accept line is targeted to sensitive/dry skin so this may be better.

Jurlique Herbal Gel smells os faint roses as well which disappers after yo apply.

I don't like or wear perfume and these products don't bother me.

Thanks a lot for the feedback! My skin is not really sensitive, but my nose doesn't like overly perfumed skincare products.

I have never tried Phytomer before, and it seems you get much for the money when you buy that gift set. Very Happy

Yup!!!

I was wanting to try Phytomer all summer but my budget couldn't afford it at the time.

I was so happy when I won the gift certifigate, and then even more excited about the dual special. It really is a great value.

Good luck with whatever you choose!!

I took your advice seriously and ordered the Phytomer-pack. Hopefully the cream will be good for the not-yet-so-cold season (live in northern Norway).
