I saw a quasi-documentary on TV about a girl who was taking mega doses of Saw Palmetto and using some sort of breast pump to increase her bust. She thought they were helping, but I would say minimally at most.

ok, I just have to weigh in and say before even seeing this thread I heard about papaya soup to help with breastfeeding moms.

I am chinese and knew having peanuts in soup etc helped to increase breast milk but a co-worker of mine also drinks a homemade papaya soup (her mother's recipe I believe). Her son is almost 18m. and she still breast feeds.

So I don't know anything about eating papayas for increasing general breast size
but know there people who swear on it to help with breast milk.

fats are a main issue in bust size. you would normally see fat ppl with big busts. My friend slimmed down and so did her bust!

As someone who had breast implants from the age of 18 to 36, having them removed was one of the best things I've ever done. I returned to my A cup and couldn't be happier Very Happy . They felt ungainly and frankly, got in the way...especially since I'm extremely thin. I feel much more streamlined and elegant... and clothes just look better on a smaller bust, imho!

Red papaya + ordinary milk, not cream (I use full fat milk daily and I am fine with my weight). Most Chinese (including honkongnese and taiwanese) and Thai girls know this, but most of them don't have big breast (sorry, I am not insulting, I am a Chinese...) Slow cooking green papaya and peanuts as a soup is also a traditional way to grow breast.

I recently started losing weight and because I didn't want my tits to get saggy or to lose too much weight off them I made up a massage oil which seems to be doing the trick. I had read that fenugreek was traditionally used to increase the size of breasts and contained phytoestrogens, so I infused fenugreek seeds in olive oil over a pot of boiling water for around 3 hours until the oil smelt quite strongly of fenugreek. I have been massaging this into my boobs for a couple of minutes once a day for 3 weeks.

Within a week I noticed the following things:

1 - my facial skin was getting oilier. I am 45 and my skin was as oily as it was around 10 years ago (mediterranean oily skin)

2 - I began getting slightly teary over minor things, just like when I was a teenager and my hormones were going ga-ga

3 - My boobs were looking firmer and slightly fuller

Three weeks into this daily massage my skin is still oilier than it was before I started and my boobs definitely look perkier and it's more comfortable going without a bra than it was before the massage. All of this might be co-incidence, or increased firmness might just be because of the massaging action and not the fenugreek, but either way, considering I am only massaging for a couple of minutes a day I can only conclude it's the phytoestrogen action of the fenugreek that is making the difference.

Considering how cheap this experiment is, if you want firmer breasts it might be worth getting yourself some fenugreek seeds.

That sounds very interesting Luckylouie. Is there any special way you've been massaging, or any way?

Where did you buy the fenugreek seeds? When your face was getting oilier, did it also start to get more zits?

I so don't need any more zits! Rolling Eyes

I bought an E-book, flat2fab, and have followed everything in the program for 2.5 months. I am very skinny, and after breastfed 2 kids, you can imagine....

I can tell you, the program does work a bit, I have no expectation at first, so I am happy with the 'bit' result. I am happy if I can grow a cup size. I will try for one more month, and according to the e-book, I can rest for one month and start everything all over again.

The Jamu herbal stick has been widely used in Indonesian traditional medicine for more than three centuries. It is prescribed for the noble woman who faces intense competitive pressure among the courtesans to retain the favor of the head of the household. The formula is closely guarded and handed down from the family line. Today, it is an effective natural remedy for the many discomforts of the modern woman. The Jamu Herbal Stick is made from pharmaceutical quality herbs found only on Madura Island in Indonesia. The herbal stick serves to:

1. Stimulate and intensity mutual excitement during intercourse.

2. Eliminate vaginal "white discharges" (leucorrhoea) and banishes vaginal odor.

3. Provide relief from internal irritation in the vagina that causes discomfort.

4. Develops a woman's full sexual potential, because the medicinal herbs will reduce excessive vaginal discharge, providing maximum sexual pleasure for both participants.

I have not tried jamu herbal, but I tried a Chinese herbal one. I had no sex interest and did not want my husband to touch after my 2nd baby. I used the Chinese one for one week, the first night, I know it sounds scary, but it really works (ask my husband!) and no side-effect. Very safe to use.

I used no particular massage technique, I simply rubbed it into them in a circular motion, and yes I did get a few more zits due to my skin becoming more oily. I'd like to report that despite losing weight, all my bra's are very slightly tight, so whether my breasts are growing or just getting firmer, I'm definitely going to have to get resized for a new bra soon.

Well that sounds darn good. Definately worth a shot. I have a fair size set anyway, but could do with abit of firming. It wouldn't bother me if they increased a wee bit in size along the way.

Critic did you go to a Chinese herbalist for your herbs or find a recipe somewhere and make your own from that? I'm definately interested in this. Wink

So possibly some foods (or herbs) increase female hormones in the body. Very interesting. I wonder if Green Papaya Salad would be good for this, they serve it at a local Indonesian restaurant and I've loved it since I was a little girl.
Birth control can cause you're breasts to grow. When you've always been small chested it feels kind of nice to grow there. I feel more womanly in a way.

Hi Mishey,
I got them from a Chinese herbalist, it's not a custom blend formula, it is very common for women. The program fits all women. Use one tablet a day (for vaginal). I have used total 7 or 8 tablets. The herbalist suggests to repeat the program for 3 times, but I am lazy and already achieve what I have expected. I had lots of white fungus look discharge after the first tablet, I can't believe what I have seen.

It will help, but not as effective as cooking with the raw peanuts.
