They sell raw ingredients like Ascorbic Acid and Arbutin. I'm wondering if the powders really work as well as expensive name-brand formulations...

I didn't use to buy ingredient from skinactive,I used to buy from bulkactive in taiwan.
For me,bulkactives sell ingredients cheaper than skinactive.
If you have a lot of time,it's quite good and cheap.
I bought Hyaluronic Acid and L-Ascorbic Acid from here.

I have purchased some items from skinactives. I like their canvas base, which is a neutral cream that you can use for your actives. I like the retinol active as well. The marine serum is lovely as well...quite suitable for sensitive skin, or if your skin has a sensitive period.

I did not like the seakelp gel, I found it too sticky to use it in creams, so I would not order that one.
Other actives are too ott for me, for example ibenone, which smelled odd and made my face itch.

I've used an ibenedone cream and it irritated my skin as well.

I'm really wondering whether i should buy Skincueticals C E Ferulic from my favourite ebay seller or try making my own for much cheaper with skin actives ingredients...

I do order from Skin Actives and have been very happy. However, I keep going back to items I purchase from PSF. You might want to try their C serum and add the anti-oxidant booster (Ferulic Acid)

I've ordered from both skin actives and bulkactives with satisfaction. I would order from bulkactives for a cheaper price while would order the stuff that bulkactives doesnt have from skinactive! Wink

hi there,

I have ordered from skinactives and been happy with the service. They made some ready-made products that are good too, I like Let's Make Collagen. Good info on the site. Maybe a bit gung-ho about just mixing everything together without thinking about interactions though!

Sometimes prices can be cheaper elsewhere though, depends on the active...

hope this helps!
