SoCalGal,
Thank your lucky stars you didn't get sucked in by the bs!
I don't like to totally bash a line but I hate this overpriced junk and the hype that is used to pawn it off to people! Hate this line!!!! |
It's funny, DarkMoon, but I did see your vehement posts and I thought it was very strong for you! It does seems to be nothing but hype. I like to try a lot of stuff, but not this! |

LOL, SoCalGal,
I know with many lines it's great for some and horrible for others so I tend to say my experience only. This stuff cost a hefty price for my pocket and did nothing at all except sit like a nasty mess on the skin, never sunk in at all. Others may adore it, but for me tossing 3-4 hundred dollars in the trash is just too much! |

Sadly i wanted to give this line rave reviews, but I cant, I brought a lot of the products, day / night serums, eye serum, Toricellum etc
After 6 months of use my skins no better than it was before, i simply cant justify the cost , it didnt work for me ,
The products are sticky & dont absorb easily , my skin felt tacky all the time & trying to apply make up after was almost impossible other than a little mascara .
So the products I tried dont get a thumbs up, |

I tried her line, but it didn't do anything for my dry skin. Wasn't impressed.
That being said, shortly afterwards she was on a shopping channel from England. This was around 2005. She was saying how proud she was being British. Then she proceeded to make fun of Americans using a ridiculous Southern Accent. I guess she was on the defunct Tennessee Shopping channel for awhile and didn't like them? She was not joking around. So I decided right there and then I would never buy anything from her again. You don't like Americans, then you don't like my money either, lol.
I did enjoy when they had BettyLee on. She was a former EG rep. Beautiful (American) woman and alot of fun.
But as with anything else, if it works for you and you enjoy usng it, then it's all good. |

I have used Elizabeth Grant for several years and I found that it actually ERASED the sunburn freckle spots on my arms, which were quite unsightly, and actually itched!!! I put the Toricellum full strength serum on my arms and within 24 hrs. the freckles went away. Nothing else had worked! Today, they, (Company Representative), said Elizabeth Grant is now Paraben free. ( If the product feels sticky, when you apply, it is because you are using too much. I am 69 and yes, Elizabeth Grand DOES work, reduces wrinkles, brightens skin, and fades age spots. And on Shopnbc it is a FRACTION of the price on the official web site and on other sites as well....For the money..on Shopnbc...it is worth every penny!...maybe if you are under 40 you don't need something this potent. I tried everything and I too, have a list of useless skin care lines...and yes, Wei East is on that list....Elizabeth Grant beats a ton of other products. I am currently using Isomers, which I like very much, but when I had an opportunity to buy a 7 piece set of Elizabeth Grant for $58 on Shopnbc, I could NOT pass it up! My daughters love it and are always relieving me of my cache! |

I always see this on The Shopping Channel and wanted to buy this line for my mom as a gift... This line has great pricing but not really sure if it will help my mom long-term with her skin though... |

No what Elizabeth Grant said on TV was that her products are mostly for 40+up during one of her promotions on The Shopping Channel...

Most of the Elizabeth Grant creams and serums contain Toricellum - which particular one did you use on your arms?

Sorry for the wrong choice of words... What Elizabeth Grant said that those people with deep wrinkles and should be used by people 40+up. Not really for teens or early 20'/30'... But I guess that if you have deep lines/wrinkles and you are only in your late 20' to early 30', then maybe you can use this line...

I'm in my 60s and love this line. I have tried a lot of skin care products over the years and have found this to be one of the best. My favorite are the caviar products..the serum is fabulous, so I was surprised to read all the negative comments. People constantly compliment me on my skin, btw. |

I am pretty sure she has reformulated her products, my sister ordered several of her kits, she gave me a few to try out, I tried these long long ago, and like most, they were sticky and sat on my skin. These do not, can't make any claims, but its not sticky and sitting on my skin, which is a huge change from my past try. |
