I like Diana Yvonne's Spin trap (with vitamin E as well), but I have not tried that many brands yet (just DY, skinactives and skinceuticals). |

I like the triple C from Diana Yvonne. It is very stable, the pH is neutral so you don't have a long wait between products, the texture is light and not at all sticky, sinks in well and is reasonably priced. |

I'm a fan of Cellular-skin-rx for three reasons. It's a good concentration of ascorbic acid that works effectively on pigmentation, skin blotchiness, and overall texture for me over the past several years. Second, it's in a very stable base and doesn't oxidize unlike a number of other C serums out there. Oxidized C serum does your skin no good at all and may be actually harmful. Three, it's very inexpensive in comparison to other good C serums. |

I like Vivier Kinetin-Vitamin C, though it is expensive. It does not turn yellow, lasts quite a long time and is gentle on my mature skin. I have tried only a few others--Cellex-C, PSF that I got as a sample. Maybe when I finish this bottle, I will reread what everyone has to say and move up to a higher level of C. Hope to find something for less that will work well. |

I use Vivier vitamin C in 20%, because it does not affect my acne prone skin and I think the quality is better, because it does not turn yellow as quickly compared to other name brands. |

Although I don't know the percentage of Vit C, I love Valmont Radiance Serum and Cream. No wait time after applying, sinks in very fast and makes the skin look absolutely radiant. |

This is a hard questions. I have used several vitamin C's that I like. On the top of my list is Vivier vitamin C in 20%. Being fairly new to this C serum I find that it is very stable. Vitamin C can tend to dry out my skin. Vivier has not caused any dryness and I get that C glow from this product. |

I agree it is the best. I have so many bottles of C now - with E, with Kinetin, with E & Ferulic (SP) as well as in gel form, cream form or with a dropper. Not all opened yet But I go back to when I used the Valmont Serum & loved it. Now I have spent this mini fortune in other types and I am determined to use at least some of them up before I "go back". And I will. It isn't cheap but I have more money invested in stuff that I'm not interested in. |

I love JB's C&C serum...
(Labeled Alphaderma on the EDS online store)
It doesn't feel oily on my fingers when I apply it, it's almost like a gel. I like the ingredients in it and the formulation because it contains some known for whitening. Plus, it uses a vit-c derivative that I find works better on my skin.
Most importantly, no break outs, no clogged pores, no erupting facial volcanos!
But, the % is not as high as some EDS members use for the purpose of anti-aging but I do believe it's not a bad antioxidant. |

What was it about the Valmont serum that made you love it over the other C serums? |

I love Skinceuticals C E Ferulic, it's really helped with my hyperpigmentation, and I love that it boosts the effects of sunscreen. |

The Valmont c is like a milky cream - very light & it spreads well. It never turns brown (although neither does Vivier) and, in my opinion, I found the results more noticeable - in my case, my face always seemed brighter. Also, it's in a pump dispenser rather than having to use a dropper so it's never exposed to the air. |

the valmont sounds very nice. does it dry you out? if not, then a creamy one sounds like it would be good for my dry skin |
