They were doing some product research or something at my gym for a skincare company, and I (along with whoever wanted to) got to test out a new body lotion this company was putting out.

Unfortunately I don't have the name of the company, the name of the product, but I was promised a free full-size samples of the finalized product when it goes to market as a "thank-you".

Anyways the ingredients are really simple, about 4 or 5...I could eat it if I wanted to (I'm not sure if I'm supposed to give out the ingredients info...but it's basically, water, oil and vitamins and extracts)

I've been using it for about 2 weeks now, and my ketosis pilaris is GONE! The dark marks are actually fading, my skin is smooth and moist to the touch, and the goose pimply skin is basically 80% not there, i'm sure with more time it'll be completely gone. i haven't been exfoliating or using anything different either.

i've also been using it on my face, because it's very light and runny...it also dries matte, but is deceptively moisturizing. my acne is on the way to its final demise as well, i have 2 little things left that basically look like tiny ingrown hairs. i think my hyperpigmentation is fading as well, and my skin is no longer scaly and red (from using the obagi system). i finally have normal skin.

i think this along with my clarisonic will be all the skincare i ever need from now on.

hopefully it won't be too expensive for me to afford, and it actually comes to market as the same stuff because it really is good!

Def. keep us up to date. I get some shoulder acne in the summer no matter how much I exfol. I have been using Nature's Gate Hemp or Sensitive skin formulas as they are light and pretty good in the moisture dept for the summer. But I'm always in the market for something better!

update: the blackheads on my nose are disappearing! i can see some of them coming out (yuck).

my face skin is a little bit dry, i think my skin is getting used to not producing so much oil. perhaps i need to exfoliate more.

the KP is getting better and better, and a healthier tone is returning to my arms...i think i can stop wearing long sleeve ssoon Laughing Embarassed

Hi edenfield. What do you think the active ingredient is that is making such a difference to the KP?

Does it have Lactic Acid in it?

nope no acids.

i do know lachydrin is supposed to be effect, but its as a pH which makes the lactic acid ineffective for exfoliation...so i think this body lotion just moisturizes at a very deep level?

+1!!

Definitely post! Don't keep us in the dark with your miracle cream! Lol! The only thing the company can patent is the formulation/percentage of each ingredient they use. Posting the ingredients itself should be on the bottle and so is no secret.

yeah everything in there has skin benefits! except for the xanthan gum, which is neutral - though there is a possible chance of allergic reaction if you are allergic to corn and the bacteria that produced the gum happened to have been grown on a corn substrate.

Eden - do you have any info on when this product will be available and how it will be sold? It's really difficult to keep up with new products especially if they're not a major consumer brand that has a lot of advertising.
