I've gotten a lot of MMU samples from various companies and most of them come in those tiny little ziploc baggies. Some come in little jars or containers though which I love. Any one know where I can some of those little jars from to transfer my samples into. It's a real pain in the patoot trying to get the products out of those baggies without making a real mess. I've tried the dollar store but no luck.

It depends on where you are. In Seattle, we have a shop called Storables that stocks all kinds of containers, shelving, etc. They have all kinds of little jars and bottles and clam-shell containers. There's another place called the Container Store with similar items. So look around for similar places...

Thanks for the tip, I live in Canada and I don't think there are any stores like that around here but I'll keep my eyes open.

EssentialSupplies.com has plastic cosmetic jars in all shapes and sizes. Even the little ones with sifters. I think the smallest order is a pack of twelve. I'm sure you could find some folks to split with if you don't want very many. The organizer in me likes to keep storage containers around in surplus though.

I recycle the little jars and containers. Just wash them when done and soon you'll have a ton. They are also great for travel.

To add to Flitcraft's suggestion for Seattle places, we also have a massage supply store called Zenith that has a bunch of tiny personal-care-specific jars and tins. I love that you can get them without having to buy in bulk, especially since it's a larger variety of tiny sizes than most container stores seem to have. I only found out about Zenith via some other EDS members, but I'm so glad I did! You all may have some massage supply type places in your nearest cities that you've never heard of before, too. Laughing

You can also buy jars at any dollar stores, Walmart, any place that sells luggage, drug stores, etc.
I use tons of them when I go on holidays.

I looked at the dollar store and found nothing that was useful anyway. The lids came off easily and were way to big for my little samples of MMU. I looked in the craft and health and beauty department but didn't look in the luggage department, must give that a try.I have lots of empty skin care bottles that I use for my skin care, but they're not appropriate for my MMU samples.

Diana Yvonne carries a number of items:

If you are looking for containers especially for mineral makeup, can't you reuse empty containers made especially for this type of product or look for containers online. I put mineral makeup container in Google and got stuff. Here's some:

I think you can find little sample jars in Sephora.
For myself, I always keep the empty little jars for samples I got from sales and reuse them.
