cant find an answer to these questions - even the woman I bought the kit from isnt responding..
can i cup every day?
I know cupping massage affects deeper layers than a mask would - so it should be ok to apply a mask after cupping - right? it wouldnt contradict? Or is it even necessary?
thanks so much for any responses.... |

how about exfoliating before/after - make any difference?

Yes, what is cupping? I have never heard of it before. I think I will google it, because my curiousity is getting the best of me. Please advice. |

I haven't started cupping yet - still waiting on my Vaculift to arrive. However, according to the Vaculift website, you're supposed to start off very slowly. Just a few minutes at first until your skin turns red. As your skin gets used to the massage you can increase the time and the frequency. I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't be able to use a mask afterwards. I'm hoping to use the cupping technique every morning along with OCM - will let you know how I go. |

Keliu,
I got my vaculift on Tuesday and I have been using it morning and night. I can't tell you how much I love it. Each day I can tell that I look firmer. This fits right in with the flexeffect exercising because massage is part of the program. My skin isn't sensitive and I do the cupping massage, clarisonic, and follow with lightly using the .25 derma roller in the morning. I guess everyones skin is a little different but I wouldn't think using a mask afterwards would be a problem.

So I guess the next question would be - Did it work for anyone, and how long did the effects last? |

it figures the day i posted this question I would finally get a response from the woman I bought it from...
She says its actually best to wait 3 days in between so that the face can drain itself... (i probably didnt quote that right)
Does any one have documentation of any other recommendation or are you guys just cupping daily cause you like to?
For now I guess Ill do it every 3 days - see if that makes a difference - probably wouldnt be a visible one - but who knows...
thanks for the comments... |
