Is there any solution to getting rid of those small brown spots and blemishes that appear due to sun damage or is it irreverisble? |

What about Mama Lotion? I've heard that it's supposed to be got for getting rid of sun spots. I received a sample of it with my last order. I've only used it twice so far but already i'm really liking it. Obviously I haven't used it for long enough to see if it'll be helpful for my skin but i'm looking forward to using the rest of the sample. |

I use Obagi Clear. Gets rid of any freckles or sunspots within a week or so. Then if I remember to apply sunscreen - they do not return.
I have tried other lighteners but Obagi Clear works the best & the quickest. |

I actually had great results with IPL treatments (I know a lot of people don't though). I started the treatments for my rosacea (3 treatments so far): rosacea's still there but my brown spot has definately faded! |

Jom's post reminded me about one more - lime/lemon juice. |

It seems that Obagi is the way to go. I'll look into it.
I don't have too many sun blemishes, just a few. I spend more time in the sun these days so I upped
my sun protection regimen with quality sunscreen and hats.
Thanks. |

PSF has just added a product that combines several non-hydroquinone lighteners. I haven't used it myself, but the ingredients and price are attractive. |

I have tried:
- Fraxel - Limited results, and pricey (I did 4 treatments)
- Retin A/Renova - good results, but takes a long time
- Tri-Luma - better results than Retin-A alone, but still very slow
- Copper Peptides - pretty darn good results within a few weeks, but I noticed that it is also bringing some new ones to the surface. They will go away eventually, but still....
I am alternating the CPs, Retin A .05%, and I just bought an LED to give that a shot. |

I tried Enlighten by Osmosis and it worked really well - no hydroquinone in it either. |

Obagi works great but if you don't want to use the whole like, just get the clear or any products with hydroquinone. Make sure you use sunscreen. |

I had a few spots which were removed by Remergent Clarifying Concentrate. If I get any more spots, I won't hesitate to use this again but I tend to use Remergent products constantly, even if I am trialling other products and I have never had any age spots reappear. |

surprisingly I bought Biotherm's white detox for my scars and it totally worked. They have a whole line but I only bought their cream and they gave me a sample of the essence. I think I'm gonna buy the essence and the lighter lotion version for summer time!! |

I find the Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect has lightened the pigmentation marks on my cheeks, and it started work very quickly, within a few days. I was amazed but like all products I use, I like to try out other stuff and quickly move on, but I noticed once I stopped using it, the pigmentation got darker again. Im back on it now and happy to say they are less noticeable. |

Products with retinol work very well. Also use products with SPF. |

I'm wondering if a prescription bleaching cream is the way to go or maybe a mild chemical peel is worth considering? Maybe I'll see a dermotologist to get an opinion. |

Products with hoigh percentage of Vitamin can help lighten sun spots over a period of time. PSF, Cellex C, Skin Medica, Benev all carry excellent Vit C serums.
Hope this helps. |

Lou, I got the ProLight Platinium.
But based on feedback on the forums, it sounds like you can't go wrong with the Baby Qusar, Anti-Aging LightStim, or the Quasar SP either. |
