Okay, I read and read about vitamins and that they do help acne. Some sites say "oh vitamin A or Zinc, others say NO vitamin B complex. What to believe? Has anyone tried vitamins and had success in clearing acne pimples? and if so, which ones. |

Some report success with B5, mainly for oiliness, which I don't really have a problem with. I like taking omega 3 instead. Acne.org has lots of reviews and discussions on different supplements. |

Hi, I have been taking B5 for about a month now and have definitely noticed a decrease an oiliness in my face. There is also less acne but I can't be too sure whether this is due to the B5 or me eating better generally and taking more supplements. But I'm so happy with having a face that's somewhat approaching normal (!) that I will continue with the B5 for sure!
P/S I'm taking about 3g a day in divided doses. I think more might be needed to combat acne, but so far that's about all I can manage! |
