How do I fit all these into a skin care routine? The wait times are ridiculous!
Mainly - how does the heat from the L2K routine affect the Vit C or BHA/CP treatments?
For the morning - after washing, I need to wait to apply the Vit C. Would I be able to use L2K right away or wait a while before using the blowdryer?
In the PM, I need to wait to use my Tazorac or BHA, then wait some more for the CP. Can I use the blowdryer while the CP is setting or wait again? Or do I use the L2K when I've put on the BHA?
It's getting to be that I need to start washing up at dinner time. What do I do when I go out on the weekends? |

I personally don't think it matters when you do the heat from the L2K, as you are directing the heat on your lips, not on your whole face.
You could always do the L2K first, and then go on with your normal routines. |

I kinda worry about applying the L2K immediately after a BHA since the BHA usually needs 30 minutes B4 anything can go on top. Then would the L2K be interfering w/ the CPs in the PM routine? (applying those at night since the vit C is in the AM).
In the AM, would applying the vit C right after cleansing and then waiting 15-20 B4 anything else work?
Any experts that can help with the questions here?
On top of all this - I currently use a cleanser that has a high pH, so I also have to wait 30 minutes B4 the BHA. My skin care routine is SO long!!! |
