I went to get my usual Mystic Tan fix the other day and the booth was broken. They are so sweet there and since Im a regular for the Mystic they told me they were going to give me an airbrush tan applied by an employee there. This is the new thing they are doing, and I believe its called Bells Beach or something like that. It costs $65 to get your whole body done (ouch!) and I was excited to try it for free, of course!
So while she was doing it she was telling me how she loved it and how thats all she does herself now. She says it gets you darker and lasts longer. She raved about it and when I was done I loved it. I was super dark and although the excess does wash off, the color was still good. And it seems like it stayed that way forever compared to the Mystic Tan.
So here is my question/idea that I would like some input on:
I was looking on ebay and they have the little hose and spray nottle things on there that look exactly like the one she was using. They also have other sellers selling solution, although I didnt find any of the Bells Beach stuff. (Im sure a general internet search would find it for me though.) I was thinking about buying the equipment and the solution and doing it myself at home. I know it could be messy, but I have an old shower in the basement that I never use and it would clean up well in there. (In fact when she did it she just had me stand under this little tent thing.) I do realize that I would need someone to do my back, but Im sure my boyfriend wouldnt mind. 
Have any of you had any experience with this or actually done what I am contemplating about doing?
