I'm thinking about purchasing L2K for my Mother for Mother's Day...but I can't raise anyone on the phone there to answer my questions before I order. So I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

And I know, I know, I shouldn't have waited so long...but I honestly thought Mother's Day was next weekend. I am a bad daughter. Shock

Anyhoo, can anyone tell me if the basic L2K package includes the night glaze? What does the basic package include. The website doesn't make it clear.

How is the shipping time...that is, time elapsed between ordering and receiving the product?

And finally...is it really all that? I've been wanting to try it but it's a bit pricey and I've spent a great deal on other things lately. But my mom is always bemoaning the loss of lip volume (she had beautiful full lips when she was younger), so I thought this would be a good thing to get. But I don't want to raise her hopes unrealistically.

The basic spa pckg includes the exfoliative, liquid gold, and night glaze. It's everything you need to get started. I'm surprised Kandis wasn't there to answer the phone, but I do agree w/ you that her website doesn't make things easy.

Is it all that? I can't tell for sure. I haven't been good about sending her my pictures, and I personally don't see any difference just in the mirror. However, it is all I use now (b/c of the time and $ invested so far). You can definitely tell a huge difference between L2K and other lip stuff. Others are very heavy and waxy, almost smothering. L2K is light, hydrating- and moisturizing- feeling. HTH Smile

Shipping time for me was amazingly fast. I didn't follow the protocol to a T but still had results. Especially in enhanced lip color! Very happy with that as I used to have much more color naturally to my lips - when I was a kid, other kids thought I had lipstick on Wink

It's a nice change to have some of that return as I never wear lipstick but only lip balm or gloss.
